The Handelsblatt KI Summit is the annual decision-makers’ conference on the commercial use of artificial intelligence. The 2026 motto is “Agents & Agency — The New Operating Model”, putting the turning point from efficiency gains to genuine transformation centre stage.
Topics include translating AI strategy into the organisation’s DNA, agents and automation, digital sovereignty and regulation. More than 600 decision-makers are expected.
