Part of the Swiss {ai} Weeks 2026

Not a lecture evening.

Most events on artificial intelligence end with three talks, an apéro and a bag full of brochures. This one ends with you holding a completed assessment of your own company.

We start with z’Viere, the Swiss afternoon snack. Then the room does its own anonymous reality check: eight questions, evaluated live, with an immediate comparison across the room. After that we walk through a real case from a manufacturer with 925 employees — technically far ahead, and still without a solid foundation.

In the main part, you do the numbers for your own company at tables of six to eight: spending, responsibility, impact. Someone from our team sits at every table — not to sell, but to ask the questions we ask in our mandates. Then an apéro riche.

You take home your completed sheet, the anonymised evaluation of the room within 48 hours, and in six weeks the comparison with all the other companies we have surveyed by then.

Who it's for

Decision-makers

Managing directors, board members, CFOs and heads of business units. People who decide on budgets, not just on tools. An AI budget is not an IT budget — this afternoon, that gets calculated rather than claimed.

From across the DACH region

Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Rorschach lies on Lake Constance where the three countries meet — about an hour from Zurich, ten minutes from St. Gallen-Altenrhein airport.

Corporates and mid-sized companies alike

The question is equally unanswered in both. In a corporate group, AI is spread across divisions, budgets and subsidiaries; in a mid-sized company, across people and credit cards. Very rarely has anyone actually done the numbers.

40 seats, six tables — we keep the groups small so that real work happens at every table. That’s why registration runs through a short confirmation by us. *The CHF 99 contribution doesn’t stay with us: we donate it in your name to Manos para Quilmes e.V. The non-profit association supports two kindergartens in Quilmes near Buenos Aires — around 130 children, for many of whom the lunch there is the most reliable meal of the day. Our CFO Johannes Wollenburg is among its co-founders. More about the association: https://www.manosparaquilmes.de

We reply within two working days.
