What it's about
MyWay is The Pioneer’s strategy summit for family businesses and the upper Mittelstand. The 2026 motto is “Zukunft kommt von Zuversicht” — the future comes from confidence.
Across several stages, owners, managing directors and C-level executives meet representatives from politics, science and technology — complemented by masterclasses on AI and brand management, finance tracks and innovation labs.
Why we're there
Family businesses decide differently about AI: with a longer horizon, more caution with data, and more rigour on the question of results. That matches the way we work.
